1.1 You choose a product.
On our website you can find art works (graphics and books).
1.2 Ordering
You will order your product via e-Mail or post.
1.3 Acknowledgment of order
We will send you an acknowledgment of order via e-Mail or post.
1.4 Payment
You will pay cash in advance via bank transfer. We reserve to choose other payment possibilities.
1.5 Shipment
We will ship your art work, as soon as you have paid our invoice.
1.6 Conclusion of the agreement
The contract is reached, if we send you an acknowledgment of order. If a delivery is impossible, we will inform you.
The contract is not reached, if you don´t pay the price within fourteen days. Then we inform you to cancel your order.
The order of graphics in a special size is an individual order. Please ask for a printer's proof. So you can see if the graphic is your choice. This causes no trouble and saves our nature. We let you have the printer's proof for our own costs. Later we will offset it with the purchase price or search for an other solution.
All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
4.1 Shipping costs in Germany and EU
We offer graphics and art objects in various sizes. Due to this, we calculate the shipping costs individually. You can find the shipping costs on our acknowledgment of order.
4.2 Shipping costs outside the EU
You will pay the shipping-costs, customs, taxes and fees. You can find the costs on our acknowledgment of order. We will help you with the formalities.
4.3 For the shipment of the signed books we calculate a fee for standard shipping.
5.1 Delivery according to the acknowledgment of order
We will inform our customer about the exact delivery period. It will be more than seven days after payment. The graphics are prints on demand. Due to this fact, we dependent on the printers deadline. Please reckon with some days for drying, until the graphic can be delivered. We must order our novels, too.
5.2 At this moment we cooperate with following printers:

5.3 What happens, if the printers has difficulty meeting the deadline?
We will choose another printers and guarantee the same quality of former papers and prints. If you agree to this procedure, we will conclude a new treaty.
5.4 Our print paper

5.5 What happens, if the goods can't be delivered?
We will refund your purchase price.
5.6 What happens, if the packaging is destructed?

5.7 Your personal data
In order to fulfill customer orders we need to pass on your email address, and possibly a contact phone number to the delivery company authorized to delivering the goods. This forms ist part of the contract with us. For further information please
read our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Flat Shipment
You can choose for yourself. The graphic is rolled in a tube or shipped per cardboard-box. That means, the paper is not rolled to prevent damages or the stovepipe-effect. So you must not enroll the graphic. It is ready to put it in a frame.
6.2 Cotton gloves
The printers wear cotton gloves to protect the paper against acid spots.
6.3 Numbered and signed
We will sign and number your graphic on the front. For your request, we will sign and number it on the back.
6.4 The customer receives a certificate with the purchase date, name and number of the graphic, price, paper and kind of ink.
6.5 We resverve to sell our graphics exclusively per internet trading company.
The goods shall remain the property of Eskamotage.org until payment in full. Prior to the passing of ownership, pledging, ownership transfer by way of security, processing or redesigning are not permitted without our approval.
Customers who are consumers have a 14 days cancellation right. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither attributable to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity. The following regulations apply to the cancellation right and the excluding of the cancellation right.
8.1 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of delivery of goods that are not preproduced and an individual selection or determination by the consumer is authoritative for their manufacture or goods that are clearly geared towards the consumer's personal requirements; goods that may perish quickly or goods whose sell-by-date would quickly run out, that are not suitable for returns for reasons involving health protection or hygiene
if their seal has been broken post-delivery, that were post-delivery inseparably mixed with other goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8.2 The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires, physical possession of the goods.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Eskamotage.org, A.J. Witteberg, Balduinstraße 48, D 56856 (Germany), email Studio Eskamotage Telefon +49-179-6464857) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. The customer send a letter via post or email). The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.
8.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
8.5 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. You must choose the standard delivery offered by us. Contact us, if you choose an expensive type. Send it without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to
withdraw from this contract.
8.6 We will reimburse the purchase price via bank transfer, using the same means of payment as the customer used.
Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
8.7 In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
8.8. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and controlled the flawless condition of the goods.

Due to it, we collect personal data (opening, names, E-Mail and telephone) only for purposes of order processing respective the fulfillment of contractual demands. We only use personal data, if a customers wishes to communicate with us (concerning contact, order, trade). Our website is free of political opinions and all content, which offend against moral and aesthetic values. You can't find a trace of frivolity. Thereforce Studio Eskamotage ist 1000% pro-family. You can't find videos, film clips or any form of games. If we will publish short video installations to a later time, they will have only artistic content, which fits for museums and galleries. We do not publish any political or social statement or represent a religious institution. You don´t need any registration. Come and go.

Human diversity is a motor for positive change. But not for the diversity of our species, for trees and branches, for wild flowers, mushrooms and myriads of insects. Headword biocalypse. Our progress is their extinction. But their extinction is our end, too.
A great subject of our age, well regarded and ignored. Studio Eskamotage says: we can't help against big disasters, but we do a little bit. We will show you, what we do, what we plan.
If you read our artist statements, you will find out, that we highlight environmental topics.
For us, a tree is not a kind of wood but a living organism, who offers food, protection and space for animals. Headword Gaia. But some human beings think, that we will recover the air we breathes only by reducing our emissions not by planting new trees. Some human beings believe, that we better know, where branches and wildflowers have to grow. Yes? Headword biocalypse. Of course, we have to change our view of the ideal of nature beauty - if we want to change something for the next generations.
Deforestation, agrochemicals, exploitation, mines, toxic emissions, landfills, extinction, animal experiments, contaminated ground water ... these topics you can find in our projects. We all have to make allowances for our nature, even if it is irksome.
We speak about social injustice: where poverty rage, there grows ignorance and egoism, because fear is stronger than all.
A question: How much nature remains and what do we do, if our world is empty?
If we sell our works, we donate a proportionate amount to the NABU or WWF. Do not expect millions. We set signs. Many signs create a new image.
We have measured our values according to carbonfootprint.com. They amount to 3.05 t per year, mostly through heating and electricity. In comparison to the average values: Germany: 8,6 t, Europe: 6 t, the world: 4 t (rounded values). I encourage you to make the test as well, it takes only a few minutes.
We have a positive attitude towards nature.
We honour and save even the smallest ants, wasp, hornet, insects.
We do not destroy habitats of animals. We are Vegetarian.
We donate to the NABU (a wildlife fund), to fund new wildlife reserves.
Six days per week we celebrate a Buy Nothing Day.
We don't buy cheap textiles.
We are using Ecosia for web searches, a search engine that plants trees. (Sometimes wie use Duckduckgo).

We buy vegetables from local markets and eat fruits and nuts from garden trees.
