1.1 You choose a product.
On our website you can find art works (graphics and books).
1.2 Ordering
You order your product via e-Mail or post.
1.3 Acknowledgment of order
We send you an acknowledgment of order via e-Mail or post.
1.4 Payment
You pay cash in advance via bank transfer. We reserve to choose other payment possibilities.
1.5 Shipment
We will ship your art work, as soon as you have paid our invoice.
1.6 Conclusion of the agreement
The contract is reached, if we send an acknowledgment of order. If a delivery is impossible, we will inform you.
The contract is not reached, if you don´t pay the price within fourteen days. Then we inform you to cancel your order.
The order of graphics in a special size is an individual order. Please ask for a printer's proof. So you can see if the graphic is your choice. This causes no trouble and saves our nature. We let you have the printer's proof for our own costs. Later we will offset it with the purchase price or search for an other solution.
All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
4.1 Shipping costs in Germany and EU
We offer graphics and art objects in various sizes. Due to this, we calculate the shipping costs individually. You can find the shipping costs on our acknowledgment of order.
4.2 Shipping costs outside the EU
You pay the shipping-costs, customs, taxes and fees. You can find the costs on our acknowledgment of order. We will help you with the formalities.
4.3 For the shipment of the signed books we calculate a fee for standard shipping.
5.1 Delivery according to the acknowledgment of order
We inform our customer about the exact delivery period. It will be more than seven days after payment. The graphics are prints on demand. Due to this fact, we dependent on the printers deadline. Please reckon with some days for drying, until the graphic can be delivered. We must order our novels, too.
5.2 At this moment we cooperate with following printers:

5.3 What happens, if the printers has difficulty meeting the deadline?
We will choose another printers and guarantee the same quality of former papers and prints. If you agree to this procedure, we will conclude a new treaty.
5.4 Our paper
Innova Smooth Cotton High White 315g/qm, Art.-Nr. 04030901 or MH-Poster semimatt 240g/m² Art.-Nr. 040301020 or MH-Poster matt 230g/m² Art.-Nr. 4030101. Please follow the currant recommendations.
5.5 What happens, if the goods can't be delivered?
We will refund your purchase price.
5.6 What happens, if the packaging is destructed?
Please inform us directly.
5.7 Your personal data
In order to fulfill customer orders we need to pass on your email address, and possibly a contact phone number to the delivery company authorized to delivering the goods. This forms ist part of the contract with us. For further information please
read our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Flat Shipment
You can choose for yourself. The graphic is rolled in a tube or shipped per cardboard-box. That means, the paper is not rolled to prevent damages or the stovepipe-effect. So you must not enroll the graphic. It is ready to put it in a frame.
6.2 Cotton gloves
The printers wear cotton gloves to protect the paper against acid spots.
6.3 Numbered and signed
We will sign and number your graphic on the front. For your request, we will sign and number it on the back.
6.4 The customer receives a certificate with the purchase date, name and number of the graphic, price, paper and kind of ink.
6.5 We resverve to sell our graphics exclusively per internet trading company.
The goods shall remain the property of Eskamotage.org until payment in full. Prior to the passing of ownership, pledging, ownership transfer by way of security, processing or redesigning are not permitted without our approval.
Customers who are consumers have a 14 days cancellation right. A consumer is any natural person
who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither attributable to their commercial nor
self-employed professional activity. The following regulations apply to the cancellation right and the
excluding of the cancellation right.
8.1 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of delivery of goods that are not preproduced
and an individual selection or determination by the consumer is authoritative for their manufacture or goods
that are clearly geared towards the consumer's personal requirements;
goods that may perish quickly
or goods whose sell-by-date would quickly run out,
that are not suitable for returns for reasons involving health protection or hygiene
if their seal has been broken post-delivery,
that were post-delivery inseparably mixed with other goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is
necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8.2 The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other
than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires, physical possession of the goods.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Eskamotage.org, A.J. Witteberg, Donstorf 83 a, D 49406 Eydelstedt (Germany), email Studio Eskamotage Telefon +49-179-6464857) of his decision to
withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. The customer send a letter via post or email). The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.
8.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your
exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
8.5 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including
the costs of delivery. You must choose the standard delivery offered by us. Contact us, if you choose an expensive type. Send it without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to
withdraw from this contract.
8.6 We will reimburse the purchase price via bank transfer, using the same means of payment as the customer used.
